Standard Stock Items: Processed in 1–2 business days.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Items with custom paint, finishes, or specialized craftsmanship may require an additional 3–5 business days prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/dimensions. Because cradles and cribs are oversized furniture items, we work with specialized freight and express couriers to guarantee safe transport.

4. Delivery Conditions for Furniture & Oversized Items

Due to the delicate nature and volume of cradles and cribs, please note the following delivery protocols:

Standard Delivery: Delivery services deliver parcels to the main entrance/door of your residence (curbside delivery).
Package Inspection: We strongly advise inspecting the outer packaging upon receipt. If the box shows clear signs of damage, please ask the courier to mark "Damaged Package" on the delivery receipt or refuse the package.

We will prioritize sending a replacement part/unit or issuing an immediate resolution.
